Stay in one of our unique Hobbits... A unique alternative to camping and not unlike mini wooden lodges.

Our 10 Hobbits, sleeping up to 4 people each are the ideal self catering solution, offering a drier and more secure substitute to tents and revolutionising camping forever.

Ideal for walkers, cyclists and families, where space and weight is often a consideration, the Hobbits offer a fridge and kettle and enough space to sleep four comfortably on built-in beds. Additional storage space and lockable, secure doors, allows longer stays and the freedom to explore the area without the worry and inconvenience of carrying heavy items or leaving them behind in a tent.

Our Hobbits

Camping for the 21st century; the Hobbits provide warmth, insulation and a dry environment – the addition of a window keeps moisture levels to a minimum and provides the additional benefit of light.

Providing comfort, ease and available to rent at a relatively low cost it is doubtful that, even the most avid of campers shall return to life under canvas after this relatively luxurious experience. Prices start from £35.00 per night for two sharing and £45.00 per night for four sharing. Bedding is available to hire if required. We are a dog friendly park, (at £1.50 per day extra payable on arrival). Contact us today to book!

The experience and joy of the outdoors remains uncompromised and the fun element for children makes the Hobbits a popular and convenient alternative for families. Sited, quite literally, along the banks of glorious Loch Ness, our Hobbits provide everything you could wish for from an outdoor experience.

Out and about

With recent investment in our on-site facilities, including improvements to the bar and restaurant (breakfast baps available) and a new play park for the children, the addition of the first Hobbits in Scotland provides a delightful holiday experience on the banks of Loch Ness.

The Scottish Highlands provides some of the most breathtaking and stunning scenery available – a contrasting mix of lochs and glens, mountains, valleys and water offers up fantastic photographic opportunities and an array of outdoor activities; climbing, walking, sailing, riding and cycling are catered for locally with many visitor attractions and historic monuments within easy reach.

Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, is accessible by car, train or bus; opening up additional attractions and of course, plentiful shops, bars and restaurants.
