The lodges are developed on site and are supplied by industry specialists Pathfinder Homes Ltd. They are constructed of timber frames on concrete foundations with timber clad walls. All lodges are fully serviced with gas, electricity, water and sewerage facilities and all infrastructure works have previously been completed. The lodges are set within private landscaped grounds with timber fencing, private car-parking and external security lighting.
